If submitted materials are not suitable for the requested service, Donny Baker Audio may recommend additional recording, editing, equipment, studio time, or other services before work can continue.
3. Client-Supplied Materials
By submitting audio, music, scripts, photographs, video, artwork, or other materials, you confirm that you own the material or have the necessary permission and rights to use it.
You remain responsible for obtaining any licenses, releases, permissions, or clearances required for material you provide.
Donny Baker Audio is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, ownership, or other claims resulting from materials supplied by a client.
4. Payments
Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase or provided in a project estimate or agreement.
Payment may be required in full or in part before work begins.
Custom projects may require a deposit. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided for that project.
Additional work outside the original scope of a project may result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Because many services involve professional time, preparation, scheduling, and customized work, payments for work that has already begun may be non-refundable.
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service purchased and will be communicated when applicable.
Digital products, downloadable materials, and other immediately accessible digital content are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by law.

9. Voice-Over and Demo Services
Voice-over demos and related production services are intended to help clients present their abilities professionally.
Donny Baker Audio does not guarantee representation, auditions, employment, bookings, agency acceptance, or other career results from the use of a demo.
For remote recording projects, final audio quality may be affected by the client's microphone, recording equipment, room acoustics, internet connection, recording technique, and other factors.
